Superb support from Hewlett Packard

Having trouble with downloading and installing the latest driver for my 4-year old Deskjet printer, I decided to seek help from HP's support site. Amazingly within the hour I received a personalized email containing a detailed description of the correct procedure and in no time the problem was solved.
For my next printer I had been thinking of switching brands, but now I've changed my mind!
