Sun Java installation

  micklemouse 13:37 22 Oct 2004

I was advised by Limewire to install java update of jre1.4.2 (java runtime environment). I had problems because of new security in SP2 which told me it didn't have a digital signature so clicked on the more options button which allowed me to go ahead with download regardless. Now I have this file on my desktop underneath the 'coffeecup' Java icon. Can anyone tell me what it means and what should I do with it?

Thanks in eager anticipation
