stopping windows log-in

hi guys - a very silly problem. I have loaded windows xp home. when it boots, the process is stopped by a box asking for the windows login password. this is set to a blank but I cant stop this box appearing. how do I stop it?

Type this into run

control userpasswords 2

Untick users must use a password.....

Remove the space between passwords and 2

IE: userpasswords2
