Still having trouble rebooting.

Earlier today I wrote this here

Anyway, I ticked as solved, but Ive just turned my computer off and the same thing happened again, and I had to do a system restore again.

Any Ideas how to solve this?

If you have an original OS disc, or can borrow one, you could try a repair!

looks like a repair install is required
type sfc /scannow in the run box let windows find and replace missing or corrupt system files.
