Startup tab

I'm using windows xp pro,Went to look in startup under msconfig as the pc was slowing down a bit.I came accross an item :
'HKCU:RunsacReminderHDDv2',Went and did a bit of googleing and some info says it might be malware or something simmilar.Can someone help me out here please,What should I do??.I'm running a scan with malwarebytes now to see if that will find anything.

Try WinPatrol or Anvir Free for extended list/investigation of what is on your system.

Easy to disable/delete lots of startup etc stuff.

They also run continuously in the background and warn when other programs try to change things.

ie install in system places, overwrite of browser Home Page, Search options.
When you install something new, agree to the important pop-ups. But when an installer gets a bit pushy, ie tries to overwrite say browser settings, decline.

They don't clash with your antivirus either.
