Hi guys' I started up my PC without the keyboard plugged in, now the PC shows an error msg page that the keyboard is not plugged in, what should I do to resolve this, I'm running Windows NT Server 4.0.

Go into the bios at boot up and set the option to not halt on missing hardware/missing keyboard.

Try,Control Panel.Find Keyboard, Go Into hardware, And run the troubleshoot, That may sort it.
