SSL problem when connected to only one network

I bought a laptop ( HP 15R-031SV)a couple of months ago and when I connect it with the wireless of my house it doesn't have any problem. It had windows 8 and I downgraded it to windows 7. It worked perfectly. Then I moved to another country a few days ago to continue my studies but when I connect to the faculty network in my dormitory (which is the same network as in the faculty) it shows SSL error. I disabled the proxy and syncronised the time with the internet time. When I m in the faculty it doesn't have any problem but in the dormitory the internet is connected (skype works for e.g) but all the browsers not. Chrome opens only google.com. It happens sometimes that it shows the website but in an unusual form (without media). My computer shows also the BSoD only when I am connected to the network of my faculty. Now I am at a friends house and it shows no errors and no BSoD.
