SSD isnt recognized by motherboard

I was playing some games and then my PC randomly blue-screened and turned off. When turned it on again I saw bios and that no SSD's were detected. I rebooted again and I got the loading dots in Win 10, but before it went to hello screen I got bluescreened again. Now im stuck at "Press F2 or DEL to run UEFI setup" screen, when I click anything nothing happens. Sometimes it instantly takes me to BIOS (1/20 chance), and sometimes it boots normally and I can see my SSD in BIOS (1/40 chance). Im sure this SSD works, it worked before and works on anothet motherboard, same with sata cables. I tried my old SSD - still had this problem.
