Split a disk partition to the other side

Hey all, I need a help with my laptop. I have a 256GB SSD on my laptop, with Windows (10) installed on the C: (133GB) partition and my personal files on the S: (104GB) partition. I would like to shrink space from the C partition and extent S partition, however I am unable to do so, as S partition is to the left of C, so when I shrink C, it creates a new partition to the right of C. This means that S partition and the new partition are separated with C in between so I am unable to merge those two. Here is a screenshot from Windows Disk Manager. PS: I've tried this with AOMEI partition tool but no avail due to the layout of the partitions. Thanks in advance!

You will need to MOVE the C to the right. It will need a reboot to do this as the data is in use, and may take some time. I would check that you have a back up first though as any failure will be critical and need a re-install.
