That's the set of benchmarks I use to work out the best performance per buck, but it depends what you mean by fastest. More GHz doesn't neccessarily mean it will do things faster. Depends also on what you want it to do. Multitasking responds well to more physical cores, and you can now choose from 1-6. Some games are GPU limited so you can get away with a cheap CPU / expensive graphics card. SSD's give much faster read / write times than conventional hard drives etc etc.
