On Speed

Hello as anybody tryed or heard of a thing called on speed (click here). It is only £24.99 a year about £2.00 a month and claims to be 5 times faster than dial up and neally as good as broadband your thoughts would be appreciated thanks David

The data that you're downloading, so it doesn't actually speed up the connection at all. It probably works quite well, although whether that makes it worth the money is a matter for you to decide.

This seems to indicate that browsing speed is slightly faster as images are compressed but ZIP MP3 and other compressed files won't benefit at all from compression.

If you're on a slow connection, I would suggest that using Opera or Mozilla Firebird instead of Internet Explorer would make a far greater difference to you browsing experience, without costing you a penny.
