How do I find the spec for my PC? i.e ram, HD,etc.

There's a very neat little program called Speccy - from Piriform who provide CCleaner. It's a Beta version at present, but works very well

Not what I wanted. I think I have to click on i.e My Computer, and it should have been there. I have done it before but not sure how I did it, I do not want to start downloading stuff, I thought it would be by clicking on the right icons. Has it changed because I have Win 7?
