I want to build a Gaming PC. I want a PCI Express board and an AMD processor. Can anyone recommend what to go for?

abit an8 ultra or sli board, both have uguru,a device to keep an eye on temps and fans, and allows overclocking without going into bios.dfi lanparty boards are good too.
cpu wise, any amd 64. depending on what graphics cards you`re going to run...ie,an amd 64 3000 wouldnt be quick enough for 2x 7800gtx`s
