Hi, I know I have asked this some while ago but where do I go to find out if I have SP3 or SP2, if I need SP3 is it ok now to download as there was a problem apparently with SP3 at the time? If I need SP3 is it easy to download and is it easy enough to download the new Microsoft Installer 3.1, and which one as there seems to be three choices regarding this installer? I have Windows 2000 XP. Thanks for any help.

Right click my computer and choose properties.Under system it will tell you if you have service pack 2 or 3.If you are not being offered service pack 3 from windows updates automatically yet I wouldn't bother with it as a lot of people who installed it manually experienced some problems.

Just go to windows or microsoft updates and let it check out your computer, then download all
