My daughters pc has no sound. There are yellow question marks at devices.

Have you gone into system on start up and ensured the
card is switched on ( if its on board) .
Press del on start up. system settings

While looking through your stats i notice you have this listed, MyWebSearch is spyware and i would suggest you get rid of it, the toolbar can be removed from Add/Remove...

I suggest you then scan your PC with whatever spy/malware progs you have...
