Can somebody help me. I want to know why I get the following message each time I start the computer---" Spool 32 has caused an error in SPOOL 32. exe. Thank you Felix

Spool32 is connected with printers and printer drivers. Try deleting and then re-installing you printer(s). Be careful to follow the instructions EXACTLY when re-installing.

Could possibly be a Trojan causing problems.

Printer prob but if your printer is working Ok not to worry. If printer misbehaving an uninstall and reinstall might fixit.

Thank you folk,I have solved the problem, it was the printer. I have another problem and it is the BIOS giving trouble this time. Everytime I start the computer the BIOS has to be altered again. Is it the battery that restores the settings? Everything else is fine. When I start the computer the date time, etc has to be readjusted.
Cheers Felix
