Any ideas why my usually ok inernet connection has suddenly started to go slow? Freeserve Anytime, Windows 98SE. I've deleted temp files and defragged but still it's like wallowing through mud. All suggestions welcome.

I phoned Freeserve who said it wasn't them (well they would wouldn't they?) and I've run Adaware and quarantined the few tracking cookies that it found but it still takes 10 minutes to get to the PC Advisor Welcome page! HELP!
