Is your RAM in one or more modules? If you can, remove as many of them as you can and see what happens. If possible try a different RAM module also.

Can you remove all cards except the graphics card see what happens?

What sort of drives are connected? Maybe you can remove one or more of them leaving only the master hdd.

Sounds like something has failed.

That much will at least begin to determine where things might be going wrong.
