Software for widescreen DVD Creation

Help! Can anyone recommend any low cost software for authoring DVDs in widescreen (16:9) format. I edit video on Adobe Premiere to create my .AVI files and just need software for the DVD creation bit. I have Roxio Easy CD & DVD Creator but sadly this does not support 16:9 (Roxio have confirmed this to me and say they have no plans for an upgrade to solve this). I don't want to splash out hundreds of pounds. Any ideas gratefully received, thanks.

It may be more than your require, but Pinnacle have just released Studio version 9 which can edit and export wide screen.

This is a good site to look around on. Quite a few of the lower DVD creation programs don't support 16:9 but there should be letterboxing options or at least advice on here.

now why didn't that turn into a "click here"??

Cos u put it in Title box,I think its to do with the way PCA Click Here software works.

In TempGenc it offers 16.9 format.

featured wide-screen (16:9) support, as illustrated in its website click here :

"DVDit! PE supports the rapidly growing widescreen format with a 16 by 9 screen ratio. For high-impact presentations, 16:9 makes a dramatic difference."

Hope my understanding of your requirement is not wrong, as video editing is one interesting aspect that I have never touched on.
