Software still not working

The free DK software is coming up with message
"The sound software is not installed properly or has been disabled." I did contact the Computer World by fax on monday but heard nothing. As my PC is 15 days old today what are my consumer rights. I wish I had boxed it up and sent it back days ago but a very arrogant salesman(on Compuetr World Customer Service line) told me I would have to pay £100 delivery and pick up charges. I am confused, cross and wishing I had gone somewhre else to purchase new PC

I'm not too sure about consumer rights, so I will not offer any advice other than to say. Don't worry too much about the fourteen day stipulation. Consumer law changed earlier this year and is now more in your favour. j.
