Can you give us some idea of the disability and the type of programs your client will be using please?

There are many members of this forum who are disabled to some extent or other, and have found ways of dealing with this. Regards. j.

As Djohn says, more about the types of disability in question would be a great help.

There is loads of stuff out there, some more available than others. People with visual impariements of any kind are perhaps the easiest ones to find solutions for.

Have you tried Windows own Accesibility features?

A voice recognition program will also assist in enabling the use of Windows and a range of programs such as Word etc.
