Which OS are you wanting to put on?

This works with XP. To use floppy disks, just create the 2 rescue disks once the program is installed. It then allows you to boot up to a Partition Magic simple version. It is what i use and is very fast.

One thing though. If you are changing the size of drives and the data on these drives is stuff like word documents etc. copy them onto a partition that isn't involved in the above process as if you resize partitions which have data on in can take hours. The best way is to have lots of small partitions. about 8 - 10 GB each. then u can transfer data onto another partition. Then through PM8 format the partitions you want to resize, then resize them. Is very fast.

Also if you create more partitions or end up with less partitions make sure you say yes to the program that changes all your drive letters. Can take a while but is well worth it.

Go to click here and download the Start disk for the operating system you are using. Alternitely, try click here and download the FREE disk manager. This will partition a disk without losing any data.
