hi all my mp3 and i am thinking of reducing them all to 64kbs which would make them a fifth of the size it seems? do u advise this , so i can have more h/drive space ta!

At 64kbs you are seriously reducing the audio quality.

Only you know if the quality is OK for you.

The minimum that I would be happy with is 128Kbps but have iTunes set to 192kbps as I have ample storage.

You really need to try different levels on the same file and see what the lowest level is that you find acceptable.

I agree with bremner on this one! Minimum 128kbs, why dont you rip an album at 64kbs and see what you think. No harm in trying is there!
