HI there-a friend of mines parents signed up to Sky BB/TV and Telephone last year. The tv works well enough, but the broadband is never consistent. It keeps on cutting out and the only way to bring it back breifly is to reboot the PC.
Can anyone help on this please? They have filters installed, they have followed the instructions given to them by the so called helpline. All to no avail,they have anti-virus and a firewall, and the router is a netgear, the O/S is windows media centre.
