Sky Hub downstream speed status extremely low.

Hi,

My Sky Fibre connection kicked in today and speeds should have jumped from ~2Mbps to 36-40Mbps. Speeds only went up to around 2.8Mbps. I checked the Connection Status tab of my Sky Hub and it says that the downstream speed is only around 2.9Mbps, when I have been told that this number should represent the upper limit of the router.

Detailed Picture: click here it possible that the Sky Hub could be limiting inbound traffic, if so, how can I raise this limit to the full 40Mbps? Please note that outbound traffic is flawless and spot on the limit in the picture. (~1.2Mbps)
