Sky+ HD Box & 28' LCD TV with Freeview and HD

We've been given a new TV (as above) as a present.
We already have the Sky+ box on our older TV.
Will there be compatability problems if I attach the Sky box to the new TV? Is there an expert out there who can help me? Many thanks in advance.
I'm still in contract with Sky.

Shouldn't be.

Not sure if you've got a Sk+HD box as you say in your title, or an ordinary Sky+ box.

If you have an HD box use the HDMI connection, but I don't think you'll much difference with a 28" set.

If you are quick you could also upgrade to Sky+HD. They are giving them away until 10th June. Both systems will work fine, Sky+ use a scart lead, Sky+HD use a HDMI - peferably into HDMI1 slot.
