SKY e-mail pop and smtp issues

Hi,

I have been trying to re-establish a email account with Sky for my mother.

I have entered the following details,but when the account is tested it fails on the pop and smtp.

The pop and smtp settings I use are as follows

incoming pop port 995
outgoing smtp port 465

pop.tools.sky.com
smtp.tools.sky.com

Any ideas please why its failing.
