shut down error message re memory

running hp pavilion laptop windows 8.1 installed upgraded to windows 10 home 64 bit, recently started to get an error message when shutting down, "The instruction at 0x00007FFBF43EA0D2 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000000. The memory could not be read Click OK to terminate the program." have googled 'error message 0x00007FFBF43EA0D2' and just '0x00007FFBF43EA0D2' but nothing found, has anybody any ideas, suggestions or even better, a solution I will appreciate it.

I have had it several times but the shut down continues and it appears that there are no ill effects. I think it is a win10 bug so I am just ignoring it at the moment
