Showing attachment icon in outlook printed memo

When I print an email from my sent items the message prints out but the icon to show the attachment does not. The attached file shows up in the print preview but will not print. I do not want to print the whole document, just have a record of it on my memo. Any ideas would be much appreciated as Microsoft dont seem to have any.

I can't find a way to do that either. You could do a 'Print Screen' and paste it into a Word document. I've just tested that and it works.
