Should I Use a Registry Cleaner?

I have a problem. every time I start up my PC or reboot it, I got the error message in installing. I want to get ride of this but I don't know how, it's really annoying.uninstalling doesn't help, and neither does a CCleaner......

You will get mixed views as some registry cleaners are prone to messing up your pc others will work well on one pc but not another. also there is some who say the gains are not worth the risk.

do not pay for one as there are good free ones.

if a lot of errors are fixed,run the registry defrag option in winaso to help with faster boot times.

Run CCcleaner's reg cleaner if that doesn't work post the error message then we might be able to tell whats wrong.
