I cannot get shock wave flash object on power point (Microsoft office 2007)-my system is windows vista home premium. Can anyone tell how I can add this when I click developer tab on power point to get this. At present all I can get is shock wave active control in the drop down menu.

Make sure you’re not missing the name ““Shockwave Flash Object” in the list. I’ve just checked on my system and it is there.

Perhaps shockwave is not installed on your machine?

Try looking at this for some clues (it talks about 2003 but there may be clues about getting the correct files on your computer; like you may not have IE installed):

Also check this out to make sure you are doing the right things in 2007:

You need to scroll down a bit as the beginning talks about an add-in that does it for you.
