Setting TCP/IP Settings For Windows XP

  cubeladd 15:03 15 Feb 2004

I need to install TCP/IP controls on my computer. For this I need the Win XP disc, which I currently don't have. Is there a link on the internet where I could download these controls? I can't find anything on the Windows site.

Any help will be appreciated

(Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs>Add/Remove components>Networking>details>Simple TCP/IP controls)

is a protocol that is embedded in the operating system. If you don't have an XP CD, your out of luck!

this might help you but no promises click here
Failing that I believe that you may have the required files in your windows cab file but not sure of the exact location. Maybe someone will come up with that.
