I have given the task of setting up and managing a small office network of up to 14 users. I will be starting from scratch with brand new machines etc I have a limited knowledge of networking and am generally IT savvy. I would appreciate any advice on the approach to take with the project. I know more or less what hardware I should need having done a bit of research, but would appreciate some advice on the various software platform options along with what training I need attend in order to maintain and support the system.
