Selected & saved DAB stations have disappeared.

Sorry, this is about a radio and not computers or phones, but I figure a few brainy people on this forum might help! Recently I bought a Scansonic DAB+ portable radio, with both FM and DAB reception. I programmed in BBC Radios 3, 4 and 4Extra on the DAB band, and everything seemed fine for 24 hours. Then, all the stations I’d selected disappeared, and despite doing a ‘factory reset’ they are no longer available to me on DAB. I can get BBC radio on the FM band, but the digital BBC Radio4 Extra is no longer available, and tuning in to that particular station is one of the main reasons why I bought the radio. All the local digital stations are still available, by the way. Any idea what has happened? Has anyone else had this ‘disappearing stations’ phenomenon? I’ve checked my postcode for reception, and it tells me I’m good for BBC Radio 4 Extra, plus all the others I selected. Thanks.

Take it back to the place you bought it from. If it's not working, it's up to them to sort it out or replace it.
