what is the best way of making and sending a screen shot, so am able to include it in a post to the forum.

Press your printscreen button and that will send a picutre of your desktop to your clipborad.
Go nito piant (or something simlar) and paste. Then save this image and upload it to somwhere like imageshack click here
Then post a link here to the picture on imageshack

Try this its really good and free, you can capture full screen or window or make your own size. It saves it to my pics. click here

Hold the Alt key down when pressing the Print Screen button and this will capture the active Window.
