How do I save email folders to disk in Microsoft Outlook please.
Operating system is Windows 7 home premium.
Unfortunately you can't. However you can save the individual emails into a folder created by you on your disc. Use "Save As"
I Save all my emails ( and have for many years ) by simply draging and dropping into a folder.
I export my folders as a pst file and you can save that wherever you like. You can then if you need reimport. I do this for back up purposes.
