Saving Data On a DVD

Hi,I want to copy some files onto a Re-writable DVD,is there anyway that i can make the disk protected so that the files can not be overwritten.

No - use a normal dvd for write protection as a RW can always be formatted

well hows about copy all your data to your dvdrw then goto staples and buy some dvd-r then come home copy dvdrw to dvd-r then format dvdrw.hey my staples near me is selling 50 x8 dvd-r`s for £16.00 they work ok for me might want to give it a try

I`m on the look out for some dvd+r as my drive will only support dvd+r.
