I have Win98SE and IE6.How can I save an address in Favourites when the address contains punctuation which is not acceptable i.e. a forward slash,or must I type it in every time?

Forward slash is perfectly OK in a URL.

Can you give an example?

Try to post it without the 3Ws at the beginning, or the ht tp, to avoid it being turned into a 'click here'

I save my favorites by giving them names, eg I've called this one PC Advisor Magazine. You don't need to save them under the actual URLs, unless you want to.

Sorry about the repeat - it was a bit slow!

And you are navigating to the page that you want to save, then choosing Favourites > Add to favourites? Strange!
