runtime error and shockwave problem

hi all, I'm totally new to this so bare with me, when I try and watch stuff through Mozilla I keep getting runtime error! prog:c\windo... R1002 - pure virtual function call. then I get another window saying shockwave maybe busy or have stopped working. when I do task manager to end the program it say micrsoft library c++.

can anyone help, I've downloaded flash loads and even in google some youtube stuff wont play and I'm asked to install it again, I follow all the instructions but then it doesn't work and now it's starting to drive me mad.

all help appreciated herb oh I'm on windows 7 acer aspire if tat help

Two Add-ons you could try in Firefox. 1. Download Flash & Video 1.5 2. YouTube Flash to HTML5 3.2

You can get these if you go to Tools - Get Add-Ons - and type in the search box on top right of screen "shockwave flash"

Hope this helps with your YouTube video playing.
