Router problems connecting but can’t get a page

Hi all my laptop is connected to the router but won’t Display a webpage I’ve done a recovery and reset the Router. The ISP said there was no problem with the connection. H.P Laptop win10 any ideas???

If everything else connects to the internet then I'd check device manager and expand Networks adapters to see if your wifi card is showing at all, and if it does, is there an exclamation error showing?

PS it should be showing that it's working properly under properties.

You could try connecting your laptop to the router with an ether net cable. Once connected Wi-fi should work ok and you can unplug the cable.
