reset to factory settings

hey peeps, cany anyone help me, im tyring to restore a hi-grade notino c5515 laptop to factory settings

does anyone no how?

I take it you do not have a restore disc ?

Look for a hidden partition by tapping F10 or f11 on startup....possibly a different key.

This assuming it has a restore partition.

Apparently on their site you either get a recovery cd or you should be able to tap f10 for recovery menu on the partiiton, neither of these is an option as there is no cd nor does f10 work lol

Are you tapping F10 as you restart the laptop? You may have to try more than once as you can have a fairly small window of opportunity.

yes i am tapping f10 and have done many times, is there any other way of booting, it has a built in recovery console, but that boots in to dos, dont no if i could access the other partition form in there?, what other options are there?

it must have a built in function as there was a hidden partition wen i merged two of the hdd!
