Replacement for the PIM component of MS Outlook

With the old dog "Vista" plodding off to it's grave, it is taking with it my copy of MS Office 2007. Whilst that is in the main admirably replaced by Libre Office, does anybody recommend a PIM application to replace that part of "Outlook"?

...it's the only bit of Outlook I use!

Must be Open source (or "free" by any other name:)) and able to receive my existing MS Outlook data relatively painlessly.

Did you not have the Installation disk and activation code for Office 2007 if so why not just install it on your new computer.
