Is it possible to repair Explorer 7, and if so can someone direct me to the Microsoft Page please.

Tools.Internet Options.Advanced and press reset.You will loose your add ons but you can get them back later.

Many thanks for the replies I have but alas I have Windows Vista and it seems all re[plies are for Windows XP but I thank butman, Fruit Bat, and mfletch for your help but guess it is a Vista problem

Buteman's reply will repair IE7 in Vista.

Alternatively, run the System File Checker (SFC) from an elevated Command Prompt, i.e. click the Windows Orb (Start) > All Programs > Accessories and right-click Command Prompt, then ‘Run as Administrator’. Type sfc /scannow (note the space) and press Enter. This may take some time and you may have to put the Vista DVD in the drive.
