Removing the Recovery Console From Startup

How do I remove the Recovery Console from Windows Startup??

I'm following click here and I have found the Boot.ini file

timeout=30
default=C:\CMDCONS\BOOTSECT.DAT
[operating systems]
C:\CMDCONS\BOOTSECT.DAT="Microsoft Windows Recovery Console" /cmdcons

Which bit do I delete??

Delete

C:\cmdcons\bootsect.dat="Microsoft Windows Recovery Console" /cmdcons
