Hello all,

I have two problems i was wondering if you can help with.
Firstly
I made Some Excel worksheets a few years ago and password protected them but now that the time has come to edit the worksheets i can't remember the password i used for them, Is there anyway of getting around this problem or will i have to re-do the worksheets?
And secondly at the same time i created some Word documents that cannot be opened without a password (I think it will be the same as the Excel worksheet one as they were created at around the same time) and now that i really need them i can't open them so again is there any way around this please?
O.S. Windows Vista home premium
Office 2007 (I also have access to Office 2003 - used to create them)
Thanks

K
