Reinstalling help and support in XP home

Hi Wise ones

I have stupidly removed PCHEALTH thinking it was some app that I had loaded in the past.
It would seem that this is in fact the core of Help and Support and facilitates running msconfig from the run command.I have browsed the Installation CD but cannot open any relevent folders (HELPCTR EX_ and PCHEALTH IN_ ) as they are compressed folders and windows says it can't open them. Is there any way I can reinstall this from a restore point or from the disc without too much hassle?

Thanx Pootie

I had actually tried this before i got your posting. but once I had installed from this file It would still not work and windows told me to start help and support in systems which I did but I still get the message that it needs to be started in systems.
Any Ideas ?

Thanx Pootie

Have you tried a system restore to date before you did the delete?
