Reinstallation of Office Professional 2003

I have a fully licenced copy of Office installed on my Desktop and Laptop which is legal according to the terms of the licence agreement.

However, I was burgled last week and the laptop stolen. I will be replacing my laptop with a new one this week, but need to reinstall Office.

Can anyone advise where I stand legally on this issue as when I activate, I guess I will be asked to contact Microsoft.

Claim on your insurance for a new copy of the software.

I would say that if you still had the office licence and the disk, then go for it, if you have to ring microsoft during the registration, tell them the laptop was stolen, and you still have the reg numger and the disk.
