Refresh woes

I've added a guest book to click here (its actually taken two full days, I was playing with some scripts and destroyed the site)
Now when you click sign the book, then sign it you have to refresh the page...fair enough but it will not refresh in its own page, it goes back to the pics page.

How can I force the Dream-book page to refresh without having to go back to the ugly mug page?

Thanks M but the prob is refreshing in the same page. When someone posts then hits F5 it takes them back to the pics page????
