Recorded videos appear to be cropped and play too big on monitor

I recently bought a new desktop pc -Hewlet Packard HP Pavillion 500-242ea with AMD Radion Graphics card and installed some of my problems..but i use WM Capture to record snippets of tv clips the recorded videos play back too big as if the video has been zoomed in and off centre.I have tried other video capture programs and all give the same problem. No error messages pop up.I also updated AMD Radion Graphic card driver but the screen went black. Is it simply WM Capture not compatible with the AMD driver..or is there a hidden setting somewhere i need to tick.

Please help...I've paid for WM Capture

Did you read the guide? wm-capture/user-guide ClickHere

"WM Capture can often automatically locate the region of your screen where video will be played. Or, you can choose to mark an area of the screen manually by moving markers yourself"

Try moving the markers.

If you get black video problem ClickHere it could be "The "black video" phenomenon is caused by having "hardware acceleration" enabled on your PC."
