Recommend a book on Networking?

Can anyone recommend a reference book that is reasonable to understand, that covers most aspects of networking. I've seen one or two reviews of the Dummies series and they don't seem that good once you've past the very basics. My boss got me to set up a small office network and now he wants me to work miricles. I'm not new to PCs, just to networking. Many Thanks for your suggestions

Thanks for your responces and I do understand retep888 that sometimes the best things in life can be free but sometimes you just need a quick look at the right book to quickly get out of a problem. Sorry I've forgot to mention the OS, on all PCs is XP Pro Sp2. All PCs can "see" one another, they all use Office Xp. They all access the internet through B/B.
